Hi, I’m Shay
I’m a yoga teacher, specialising in vinyasa flow, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. No two classes are the same, connected we vibe. With control, we move, breathe and flow together.
I teach from the depths of my soul to yours. The light in me sees the light in you. Through conscious explorations of mind, body, and breath, I aim to empower students to explore their inner truth.

Calm Collective, Sidcup
We wake up the body with a flow that starts slow though finishes strong. Working on areas such as balance, flexibility, and strength, whilst also bringing awareness to your breath and mind.
This class is beginner friendly, offering different variations of postures to encourage challenge, though also softness when needed for your practice.
SATURDAYS
11:00 – 12:00
The Yoga Space, Woolwich
This session welcomes all yoga levels. We explore awareness of the body in the moment, and give space to welcome free movement within different postures.
A focus on pranayama (breathwork), your mind and a creative strong flow which aims to leave you feeling lighter though empowered and ready to start the weekend with a clearer, calmer mind.

Bringing Black, Brown & People of Colour together to connect through yoga, conversations and community.
We will look at what yoga is on the mat, and what yoga looks like in our lives as Black, Brown and People of Colour.
Sessions are open to all yoga levels.
